Return & Exchange Guidelines

Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Bikinis (both tops and bottoms)
  • One Pieces swimwear
  • Plus Size swimwear items
  • All Beachwear intimate apparel

These items may only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas):

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
