Returns & Exchanges
Important Hygiene Restrictions
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Bikinis (both tops and bottoms)
- One Pieces swimwear
- Plus Size swimwear items
- All Beachwear intimate apparel
These items are considered final sale to ensure the highest standards of hygiene for all our customers.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days from the date you receive your order
- Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
